Marvelous Christian is a 14-year-old promising boy who is from Imo State, South-East Nigeria but lives in Lagos. He is from a very indigent background where his parents’ income is unable to cater for his education. His dad helps people to carry load at the market. After finishing JSS 1 in 2020, Marvelous was unable to continue due to the financial difficulty of the family. Rather than go to school, his parents could only afford to enrol him at a tutorial centre where they pay daily. IA-Foundation Intervened and Marvelous was able to write the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), popularly known as Junior WAEC with his mates and currently back to school now.
